User Contributions

Karako and its parent web sites shall have the right to remove any Content that violates the Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

3. upload, post or transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware;

4. harass others;

6. promote or provide instructional information about illegal activities, promote physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or promote activities that violate the rights of others;

7. upload, post transmit any advertising, any form of solicitation, or  "junk mail," "spam," "pyramid schemes,"  and "chain letters;" or

8. use this site, and its parent sites, to advertise or sell products or services to others.
 
 

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Karako and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and staff, harmless from any liability, loss, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your Content, your use of our bulleting boards and chat rooms, your violation of this agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.
